But that has changed with our Property Intelligence Reports. Now, by leveraging Big Data and technology, we can provide that extra level of intelligence about the home’s systems and further enable our customers to make informed decisions. 

Our reports include information about the product’s age, manufacturer’s warranties, remaining useful life, and provides access to digital manuals, parts, accessories, and much more.

A Property Intelligence Report costs only $135 when added to a General Home Inspection for either a Single Family Home or a Condominium. 

 

When ordered individually, the cost is $285.

A Property Intelligence Report is a report focused on your properties Appliances and Major Systems.

 

Although the application can track much more, our reports will start you off with appliances and major systems.

 

After we've setup your account you can add other items in your home.  

Gathering the data for your Property Intelligence Report should take about 30 minutes. 

 

Once we've gathered the information we need on-site, the report generation time is usually completed within 48-72 hours. 

 

Scheduling is normally possible within 1 to 3 days from the time you call us. 

 

We have a team of inspectors so finding a time for you last minute is possible. 

Once we've gathered the information needed to generate the report, your final report and app access will usually be completed within 48-72 hours. 

No, we do not service the appliances or major systems.

This is our most popular package. During your Home Inspection, our inspectors gather the information necessary to generate the Property Intelligence Report. Once we have all of the information, it takes 2 to 3 days for the report to be completed. The timing varies based on any difficulties encountered in identifying your products. Products produce more recently come back faster.

Our home and termite inspections are our most popular. Including a termite inspection, this inspection includes an evaluation of the roof and a detailed assessment of its subsystems including the coverings, flashings, drainage system, skylights, chimneys and other roof penetrations. We then continue to do a detailed inspection of the complete property to give you a full assessment of the homes true condition

Foundation cracking is normal in most homes. Sometimes the cracking is due to concrete shrinkage but sometimes it’s due to settling of the home or the lot itself. The cracks in this foundation would be considered minor and something to monitor over time.
